ANTI OXIDANTS VERSUS FREE RADICALS
The body is under constant attack from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.This causes damage to cells, proteins and DNA. Substances that generate free radicals can be found in the food we eat, the medicines we take, the air we breathe and the water we drink, according to the Huntington’s Outreach Project for Education at Stanford University. These substances include fried foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pesticides and air pollutants.
You can take the supplements together at once or separate, with any meal. Try to drink a full glass of water with the supplement(s) to support the absorption and detoxifying effects of the ingredients. If your stomach is a bit sensitive, you may want to ‘sandwich’ your supplement in between two parts of a meal.
In case you do not like to swallow the capsules with water, you are free to open the capsule and mix the content in your yoghurt or smoothy or juice.
To fully enjoy the advantages of the ingredients, do not take this (or any) supplement together with caffeine (coffee, coke), so make sure there is a 30 minute time gap between your supplement and your coffee. Caffeine will extract the great elements of the supplement, and drains it too quickly from your body.
